If something's off, we huddle up with the print monsters again, make adjustments and send you the next proof. Printing only kicks in after your "approved!" - simple and fair.
File format -
Vector rules, pixels surrender!
Size specs per plate type
Sleeve plate: always 314 mm long × tape width (e.g. 50 mm).
Flat plate: tape width × any length up to max. 395.6 mm.
No worries: you always get a proof to sign off on before the print monsters kick in.
Please send us your artwork in vector format. We accept three file types:

How long can your design be?

395.6 mm standard · 314 mm with seamless sleeve502.6 mm in special cases · - just ask us directly with your artwork.The repeat length is made up of your design width plus the gap to the next repeat. Sounds like math-teacher monster talk, but it's simple: that's how often your design shows up across the roll.
Here's what we can print for you:
- Standard runs up to 395.6 mm
- Special cases up to 502.6 mm | needs to be checked by us first.
- With a seamless sleeve plate, the length is always 314 mm
You don't need to specify the exact length yourself - the print monsters figure out the optimal repeat length for your design and adjust everything. Naturally, you'll get a proof to sign off on beforehand - no blind flights into Dracula's crypt.
Colors -
Pantone C rules the tape realm.
We print in PANTONE C (coated) colors - for rich, consistent results roll after roll. No color ghosts, no wild tonal jumps. Find our Pantone overview here.
No Pantone value on hand? No panic, it's not a full-moon night. Send us your CMYK values or just your artwork - the print monsters take it from there.
Important: 100 % color coverage
Gradients or soft effects don't work on tape - our monsters tested it… exciting, but unusable. Stick to clean solid color areas and your design will glow brighter than a werewolf's eye on a full moon.Proof & sign-off -

Help with vectorization
No vector? No drama!
Only got a JPG, a PNG, or a blurry phone screenshot? No need to panic - the graphic monsters can conjure a clean vector out of almost anything. For a fair extra fee, you get back a print-ready file that scales to any repeat length without quality loss - barely less magical than Merlin's best tricks.
Little monster tip: the cleaner your source file, the faster and cheaper the conversion. A high-resolution logo gets you there faster than a pixelated mini-icon from the mists of Transylvania. Just send us what you have - we'll get back to you with an honest assessment.
