Before we unleash our printing magic, our monster team checks your print files – completely free.
Whether you order 36 rolls or 10,000 – every roll of custom printed tape should look flawless! We check whether your file is ready for printing on our professional packaging tape.

Fine print from the monster cave
As good as we are – we can't see into the future. We therefore accept no liability for spelling errors, hidden defects, incorrect settings, or blurry images caused by upscaling.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints in these cases.
Print files
Key info about your files for custom printed tape
Repeat length
The repeat length consists of the width of your print design plus the gap before the next repeat. We print up to 395.6 mm as standard, and up to 502.6 mm in special cases. For printing with a seamless sleeve plate, the maximum is 314 mm.
You don't need to specify the exact length yourself – we determine the optimal length for your design and adjust everything. You'll receive a proof for approval beforehand.
Colors
We print with PANTONE C (coated) colors – for rich, consistent results. You can find our Pantone color overview here. If you don't have Pantone values, CMYK values or your template will do – we'll handle the rest.
Important: please use 100% color coverage. Gradients and effects unfortunately don't work on tape – our monsters tested it … exciting, but unusable.
File format
Please send us your print files in vector format: we accept .pdf, .ai, and .eps. No vector file? No problem – for a small fee, we'll gladly help you create one.
The resolution should be at least 300 dpi. All fonts must be embedded.
