Which material fits your shipping?
All four tapes carry your branding equally well. They differ in adhesion, handling and disposal:
- PVC tape with logo – the color pro: vivid print, Pantone-ready, quiet unwind, strong grip on any carton. First pick when your logo needs to pop. Needs a dispenser with blade; it does not tear by hand.
- PP tape with logo – the workhorse for high parcel volumes: tear-resistant, cost-efficient, available with hot melt, super hot melt or acrylic adhesive. The e-commerce and fulfillment standard.
- Paper tape with logo – paper backing with natural rubber adhesive, tears by hand and goes into paper recycling together with the box. For light to medium parcels.
- Reinforced paper tape – glass fiber threads in the paper backing for heavy cartons when plain paper is not enough.
- PP digital print – photos, gradients and unlimited colors without a printing plate. For artwork flexo can't handle.
How your print order works
- Pick material and quantity – from 36 rolls, base color white, brown, clear or your custom shade.
- Upload your design – logo, text, pattern. The control monster checks your artwork for free before anything gets printed.
- Approve the print preview – you see your tape before it exists. Only after your OK do we make the plate (plate costs are listed here).
- Stick tight – the print monsters deliver, you pack. Printed tape holds just as well as plain tape, it only looks better.
