Quantity tolerance ± 12 %: Digital print runs as roll stock, so the delivered quantity can deviate up to 12 % above or below your order. Less delivered = credit note, more delivered = additional invoice. No fine print, just physics.

Three repeat lengths: 102 cm, 120.6 cm or 131.7 cm. Your artwork doesn't have to fit exactly – the print monsters pick the closest repeat and adapt your project to it. You'll see the result in your proof.

Maximum print height 42 mm (1.65 inch): The tape is 50 mm (2 inch) wide, 42 mm of it is printed. The remaining 4 mm per edge is a safety margin for converting – please keep important elements out of that zone.

For once, pixels are welcome here. Send photos and gradients as .pdf, .tif or .jpg at 300 dpi minimum in final size, CMYK color space. The print monster still loves vectors (.pdf, .ai, .eps) – logos and type stay razor-sharp that way.

Sandwich printing: your artwork sits protected under the film
The digital print doesn't sit on top of the tape but between the PP carrier and the adhesive. That's called sandwich printing – and it means no scratch, no raindrop and no curious fingernail gets to your artwork. The photo looks the same at the recipient's door as it did on your packing bench.
Low-noise unwind – your packing bench purrs instead of screeching
The silent acrylic adhesive unwinds almost without a sound. Anyone sealing hundreds of parcels a day knows what that does for nerves in the warehouse. At the same time the adhesive holds what it promises with 1.77 N/cm (4.5 N/inch) on cardboard – even with temperature swings between -10 °C and +60 °C.
