Artwork Guidelines for 2-Color Printed Paper Tape – Quick Overview

For best results, provide your artwork as vector files (.pdf, .ai, or .eps). Vector artwork ensures sharp, high-quality printing.

Maximum print repeat length (Rapport) is 395 mm (special requests up to 502 mm). For sleeve printing clichés, max length is 314 mm. Print height is 50 mm. No bleed required.

Your design is reviewed by our professional graphic team and carefully positioned on the tape. We always send you a digital proof for approval before we start printing.

What is a printing plate?

A printing plate is the stamp we use to transfer your design onto the tape. We craft it once from your digital artwork – after that, it rolls over every tape we print for you.

Good to know: Every color in your design needs its own printing plate. A logo in black? One plate. A design in red, white, and black? Three plates.

One-time investment Plate costs only apply the first time. As long as your design stays the same, every reorder prints without any extra charge.
