We love vectors! Send us your designs as vectorized .pdf, .ai, or .eps to keep our print monsters happy.

The maximum length (rapport) is: 395 mm, in exceptional cases up to 502 mm. For sleeve clichés, the maximum length is 314 mm. The height is 48 mm. No bleed is necessary, so the design fits monstrously well.

Your design will be checked by a graphic monster and perfectly aligned on the PP tape. Before printing begins, you'll get a preview for approval. This way, we ensure you get exactly what your monster heart desires.

Repeat Length & Plate Sizes – Monster Math Made Easy

Quick vocab lesson: your design plus the gap before it repeats is called the repeat. And that repeat has to fit one of these fixed plate sizes – which one? The print monsters do the math for you:

Sleeve plate (seamless): always 314 mm
Special plate 502.6 mm: only after a pre-check – and then with a maximum of 2 print colors and no background color. Please ask directly with your print file.
No calculator needed: the print monsters work out the optimal plate size for your design – the proof shows you the result before anything gets printed.

What is a printing plate?

A plate is the stamp that prints your design onto the tape roll. We make it once from your digital artwork – after that, it rolls over your tape again and again.

Good to know: every color in your design needs its own plate. A logo in black? One plate. A design in red, white, and black? Three plates.

One-time investment Plate costs only apply the first time. As long as your design stays the same, the stamp prints every reorder at no extra cost.

As a small e-commerce business shipping around 200 parcels a day, this tape has become essential. Small learning curve with our automatic dispensers. Tested on parcels up to 25 kg, zero failures. Works well through temperature swings between loading dock and warehouse. Even in humid warehouse conditions, the tape stays put. Reordering is already scheduled.
