The maximum length (repeat) is: 395 mm, and in some cases, up to 502 mm. For sleeve clichés, the maximum length is 314 mm. The height is 50 mm. No bleed is required to ensure perfect design alignment.

Your design will be reviewed by a graphic designer and manually aligned perfectly on the PVC tape. Before printing starts, you'll receive a proof to approve. This ensures you get exactly what you expect.

What is a printing plate?

A printing plate is the stamp we use to transfer your design onto the tape. We craft it once from your digital artwork – after that, it rolls over every tape we print for you.

Good to know: Every color in your design needs its own printing plate. A logo in black? One plate. A design in red, white, and black? Three plates.

One-time investment Plate costs only apply the first time. As long as your design stays the same, every reorder prints without any extra charge.

In unserem Handwerksbetrieb setzen wir das Tape seit einiger Zeit ein. Kund:innen sehen das Tape als Qualitätsmerkmal. Die Breite variiert um ca. 1 mm zwischen den Rollen, ist aber verschmerzbar. Der Schnitt an der Rolle ist sauber.
