Repeat Length & Plate Sizes – Monster Math Made Easy

Quick vocab lesson: your design plus the gap before it repeats is called the repeat. And that repeat has to fit one of these fixed plate sizes – which one? The print monsters do the math for you:

Special plate 502.6 mm: only after a pre-check – and then with a maximum of 2 print colors and no background color. Please ask directly with your print file.
No calculator needed: the print monsters work out the optimal plate size for your design – the proof shows you the result before anything gets printed.

What is a printing plate?

A plate is the stamp that prints your design onto the tape roll. We make it once from your digital artwork – after that, it rolls over your tape again and again.

Good to know: every color in your design needs its own plate. A logo in black? One plate. A design in red, white, and black? Three plates.

One-time investment Plate costs only apply the first time. As long as your design stays the same, the stamp prints every reorder at no extra cost.

Nicht ganz perfekt, aber gut
Als Eventagentur haben wir das Tape bestellt. Selbst schwere Kartons lassen sich damit sicher verschließen. Unboxing-Feedback ist deutlich besser geworden. Bei 300 Paketen am Tag überzeugt die Standfestigkeit.

Sehr guter Eindruck
Bei uns in der Produktion setzen wir das Tape seit einiger Zeit ein. Pakete fallen im Sortierzentrum direkt auf. Beim ersten Abrollvorgang klemmt es ab und an â€“ nach zwei Umdrehungen läuft es. Die Rolle läuft sauber ab, kein Verkleben am Start.

Auch auf rauen Kartons hält es sauber. Start des Bands etwas schwer zu finden, Rollenanfang könnte markiert sein. Mustersendung kam kostenfrei und zügig.

Als Eventagentur setzen wir das Tape seit einiger Zeit ein. Druck hält auch über mehrere Rollen gleiche Qualität. An heißen Tagen wirkt der Kleber minimal klebriger beim Abroller. Kein Vergleich zu Baumarkt-Band.
